KOKUSAI ELECTRIC（本社・東京都千代田区）は2025年５月14日、グループ会社のKokusai Semiconductor Singapore Pte.Ltd.が５月20日（火）～22日（木）にシンガポールのMarina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centreで開催される「SEMICON® Southeast Asia 2025」に出展すると発表した。
Kokusai Semiconductor Singapore社ブースでは、最先端デバイスに対応したバッチ成膜装置やトリートメント装置、超高温SiCパワーデバイス向け装置、ミクロンオーダーの成膜が可能なMEMS向け装置などをパネルで紹介する。
